There are many diet plans which can make you gain or lose weight faster, but the diet plans have some drawbacks and most of them are injurious to health. Dieting and starving will affect the health of your body and lead to illness and disease.
- They get you frustrated about food. (symptom; boredom, anger, sad, loss of sleep and tiredness)
- Nutritional deficiency. (loss of essential vitamins, minerals)
- Effects on the body. (symptoms; hair fall, poor eyesight, dark circles, fatigues wrinkled skin)
- Stretch marks. (gaining or losing weight quickly causes stretch marks)

Weight loss in a short period is like running a long distance in a short time. Because you’re stressing your body and mind and pushing yourself to the limits, as a result, you get tired soon. This is the reason sweating is more important to lose weight in any sort of activity you involved.
So to burn fat it is very important to heat up your body and sweat. But there is a trick that I would strongly recommend burning fat even faster. It is very simple and powerful. Just wear thick cloths ( I don’t recommend plastic sweat suits) which can absorb your sweat completely. This helps to heat up your body faster with the minimum amount of effort and also it can cool down your body slower. So you get effective results when you follow these steps and believe me it works.
