Back then my parents believed that the gym is only for gangsters. So I was not allowed to go to the gym. But I am always been passionate about bodybuilding when I was a kid. I always go to the gym like a spy from an enemy country. Over time, I lived away from home starved, some times feasting my self with a lot of food when I get a chance because I am a hotelier, also a big fan of science all this together gave me a great idea what is healthy weight loss or naturally fit and how our body works when you starve or stuff your self with food.


Food can be divided into two main categories when it comes to weight loss


You don’t have to do research or google search to find a high calorie or low-calorie food. The food which can be yummy it is high-calorie food, the food which can be yucky that is low-calorie food, as simple as that.

According to my concept



There are many diet plans which can make you gain or lose weight faster, but the diet plans have some drawbacks and most of them are injurious to health. Dieting and starving will affect the health of your body and lead to illness and disease.

  • They get you frustrated about food. (symptom; boredom, anger, sad, loss of sleep and tiredness)
  • Nutritional deficiency. (loss of essential vitamins, minerals)
  • Effects on the body. (symptoms; hair fall, poor eyesight, dark circles, fatigues wrinkled skin)
  • Stretch marks. (gaining or losing weight quickly causes stretch marks)


Weight loss in a short period is like running a long distance in a short time. Because you’re stressing your body and mind and pushing yourself to the limits, as a result, you get tired soon. This is the reason many losing interest and quit before even see any results, also the supplements that you take to stimulate the metabolism can cause severe damage to your organs like liver, kidney, and heart when you exceed then prescribed. Protein affects the kidney directly and the fat burners affect the liver and heart.

When you eat more food (calories) the body saves it for the future thinking responsibly that it has to supply energy for about 300 parts of the body function so it saves the energy as fat and glycogen under your skin.

Your body loves systematic function and it is a perfect mechanism. All you have to do is train your body like your pet dog. For example, if you eat breakfast at 8.00 am your body starts to produce digestive fluid sharp at that time and make you feel hungry. If you skip your breakfast your stomach digest the fluid and you are no longer hungry until your next meal. This is the reason to get ulcer when someone skips the meal often. When you starve for a longer time the body turns on the survival mode and burn fat even slower. There are 3 important things that determine your body weight. They are

  1. Genes ( genes can decide height, weight, and type of your body from your forefathers)
  2. Eating habits ( the cuisine, culture, passion, determination, and self-control)

Some people think the workout is the best and only way to lose weight or to be fit. That is completely wrong because when you do work out you stress your self to complete the goals. Workout under air conditioning is a common mistake everybody does. Your body needs heat to burn fat. In normal condition, human body temperature is 98.6 ° F. But when you do some sweating activity the temperature raises to 101-103° F which burns fat and convert into energy. This is the reason sweating is more important to lose weight in any sort of activity you involved.

So to burn fat it is very important to heat up your body and sweat. But there is a trick that I would strongly recommend burning fat even faster. It is very simple and powerful. Just wear thick cloths ( I don’t recommend plastic sweat suits) which can absorb your sweat completely. This helps to heat up your body faster with the minimum amount of effort and also it can cool down your body slower. So you get effective results when you follow these steps and believe me it works.

Finally, I am going to compare a human body with a car

    Really a good tips on how to lose weight in a healthy way. the most important concept of your blog post is to understand how our body functions, and that’s what most people tend to miss.
    Most of the people don’t know how our body works, and what results one can expect following a certain routine or work out, and you are right when you say that most people give up work out if they do not see any results within that period.
    I also like your suggestion of playing with kids, as they are the most active whole day, it’s really very strange, how a small kid with a very little intake, can go around and play whole day! Don’t you find it really surprising?
    I think as you said happiness plays a major role, kids, having no tension, and busy with their friends, always happy. A really interesting observation of yours, that a kid can make you and teach you to burn more calories than the trainer does.

      Wow, your observation in this content just amazed me. Thank you. I personally don’t suggest any supplements because, for example, caffeine is equally bad to our body like nicotine and many supplements have concentrated extract of caffeine to stimulate the nervous system which even leads to paralyzing. My point is to tell people that balanced food is the right medication and do everything is a natural way. Even talking natural fibers every day more than prescribed will drain your joint fluid and cause joint problems.
      About burning fat- For example, if a guy walks for 5 miles who is 300 lbs will need more energy to carry his own weight, but a small kid just needs very little energy to walk the same distance. Here weight matters. Thanks again Shubhangi.

    Great information for anyone to know that wants to lose weight. Once we know how our body burns fuel we know more of what to do as far as workouts. The comparison to a car is also interesting, makes it easier to understand. Nutrition is definantly the key though to weight loss. You could be a regular at going to the gym 5 days a week but if you didnt eat clean, dont expect any weight loss.

  8. I used to go to the gym every morning for 3 years and I’m definitely not a gangster! Nor did I lose tons of weight!
    Sure I lost a bit but because I didn’t change my diet my body just adapted. So I agree with your theory of eating healthier and staying hydrated.
    Since doing this I have lost fat and kept it off.thanks for some great information.

    Could you please recommend a healthy ratio of fruit/veg:carbs:protein for weight loss? Also, what is the difference between carbohydrates and complex carbohydrates?

(strong means good immunity, and keep all the body parts working perfectly) I will let you know as soon as I finish that.

      Carbohydrates are nothing but the sugar and starch found in the food which works as a fuel to our body. It is divided into 2 categories, based on how fastly and easily the body digest and absorb the sugar. 

      SIMPLE CARBS- are found in most of the fresh veggies, fruits, and milk. ( steaming & boiling can still maintain the simple sugar, but when it is fried or sauteed this food turns into semi-complex carbs because of the added oil. cheese, sauces and other condiments.

      COMPLEX CARBS- are found in all cooked food like potato, cereals, rice, bread, etc.

      According to meat, the cooking method and the ingredients used and the presence of protein and fat will have an impact on categorizing it. Thank you so much.

    You’re right. The way to achieving your goals in weight loss or any other thing in life really is to gradually move towards them. If you go all at once, you’ll lose all at once. You need to take it step by step, building up. Just like in the gym actually. You don’t start with the heaviest training regimes. You need to do the proper planning.
